After15 years of working for others in the aquatic’s industry, I started my own water management company, Ponds Rx LLC. Finishing out the process of being a “full service” company meant that I would need to offer fountain and aeration systems to my growing customer base. The decision to become a Vertex Water Features dealer was one of the easier decisions that I have made. Their quality, customer service, attention to detail and reputation are second to none.

A recent 10-acre lake required installation of an Air 4 XL system. Fish were dying from the fall turnover and the customer was panicked. The process could not have been simpler. A system was custom designed to the customer’s needs and showed up on time, ready for set-up. Three hours after arriving onsite, we had the complete system up and running, providing the needed oxygen for the fish.
